About a year ago, we embarked on rebuilding our document automation product. The big why—to bring a low-code SaaS that will have everything a business needs to execute a document. The vision—a single pane of glass to run any document-centric process end to end for any enterprise. 

It starts with creating the document or contract, easily connecting the document to any CRM/ ERP/storage system, and running automation rules to support the business/document process and logic. This tool is easy for anyone to use to quickly execute/process a document for the final endgame—digital signatures. 

In essence, we are democratizing and accelerating the document process so businesses can use that clock time for higher-value work in running their businesses. We are doing this by building the best automation technology (under the hood) with a unique approach to automation.

Customer pains – learning from the street 

  1. Businesses came to us with many complex manual processes and papers and a desire to leverage technology to streamline this—with an objective, of course, to save time and use that for a bigger impact.
  1. They owned CRMs like Salesforce and NetSuite with lots of customer data that would need to integrate with a document system to execute things at scale – essentially, data silos waiting to be broken.
