Configure Bot settings
First, connect to your Airtable account. Once connected, select the Table and View you need. Choose a data transfer method. Then, match the fields of your document with the columns in the table and choose the document you want to export.

Define what will trigger the Bot to act. These can be a specific date, document data, user roles, email, or name. For example, select document fields and tell the Bot to export data when these fields have been filled out.
