Configure Bot settings
First, connect to your Airtable account. Once connected, select an Airtable. Then, choose the document you want to populate with Airtable data and connect its fields to the corresponding columns.
Note: To install and configure Bots, start by creating a workflow.

Add multiple conditions and tell the Bot to run when all or some of them are executed
Add conditions for when the Bot should run
Define what will trigger the Bot to act. These can be a specific date, document data, user roles, an email, or a name. E.g., select a recipient position and tell the Bot to prefill documents with Airtable data when the recipient for this position opens a document.

Get your document prefilled with Airtable data

Offline access to Airtable is not currently possible, however there are several options available for exporting your data to access it offline. If you'd like to save your current Airtable records offline, you can export data from Airtable as CSV files. Note that you will need to export attachment files separately.

Exporting records in a view to CSV. You export all of the records in a given grid view to CSV by clicking the view menu button (...) and then selecting the "Download CSV" menu option. You can use this export to CSV function as a way to backup your data outside of Airtable.

You can print a view of one of your tables by selecting the "Print" option from the ellipsis (...) dropdown in the view bar. Alternatively, you can just use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl P . This will bring up the Airtable print dialog, in which you can alter the print settings.
