Configure Bot settings
First, connect to your Airtable account. Once connected, select an Airtable. Then, choose the document you want to populate with Airtable data and connect its fields to the corresponding columns.
Note: To install and configure Bots, start by creating a workflow.
Add multiple conditions and tell the Bot to run when all or some of them are executed
Add conditions for when the Bot should run
Define what will trigger the Bot to act. These can be a specific date, document data, user roles, an email, or a name. E.g., select a recipient position and tell the Bot to prefill documents with Airtable data when the recipient for this position opens a document.
