Set automatic backup to Box via the Box Bot

The introduction of automation solutions into the market has increased the number of opportunities for businesses to evolve. A clear focus on customer needs and optimization of business processes are primary factors to sustainable success and growth. And these are attainable via automation tools.

The variety of Bots are the tools of all automation software that allow you to maneuver efficiently in any flow-related situation. Bot tools have been designed specifically to address any possible issues that you might face while managing business processes. The Archive to Box Bot links airSlate with Box and sets a seamless data transfer to cloud-based storage. This is absolutely essential for any data-driven company.

To understand the way airSlate’s Bot streamlines processes, let's consider an example. Imagine that at the end of the fiscal year, your accounting department has a large number of e-documents in the system. You discover that there is an upcoming audit, which means you will have to sort them manually to bring them to order. However, this turns out to be extremely time-consuming. It’s much easier if you configure Bots to sort documents in advance. You can set up the Archive to Box Bot to manage your flow effectively and back up data to Box.

Take a look at other examples of efficient utilization of this Bot:

  • Lower risk of human errors
  • Improved accountability
  • Audit Trail and statistics options
  • Smaller investments into employee resources
  • Streamlined workflow

This maneuver also serves as an automatic backup to Box. If for any reason you encounter technical hiccups in one system, the documents will be still available for use in the other.

Automate repetitive tasks with no code

Use Box Bot

Start a new Flow and transfer samples or create templates right on the platform to enable the Bots option. Find a needed Bot from the list.

Set it up

Open the Bot setup. Fill out all of the required fields to customize general and advanced options. Don’t forget about determining activation circumstances to avoid false activations (you can include a few circumstances).

Investigate how it operates

Execute the workflow and explore the outcomes. Make sure the software robots operate properly. If something fails, look into the Bots log to correct the errors and execute your Flow once again.
