Set conditions to tell the Bot when to change editing options
Configure Bot settings
Select editor features along with documents for which to make edits and check the Enable box to give access to the feature. Then define what will trigger the Bot to act. These can be a specific date, document data, user roles, an email, or a name. E.g., select the date and tell the Bot to grant editing access until this date.
Note: To install and configure Bots, start by creating a workflow.

View the Bots log or use tags to check if the Bot ran successfully
Get the editing options you’ve specified available for recipients
Once the Bot is configured, share your document with anyone who needs to sign and complete it. Based on the conditions you’ve set, your recipient will be able to edit the document using the features you’ve specified.
