Map fields in a document to the fields in the Pipedrive entity
Configure Bot settings
First, connect to your Pipedrive account. Once connected, select a Pipedrive entity from the list. Then, specify what information from the document will be used to create the Pipedrive record.
Note: To install and configure Bots, start by creating a workflow.
Add multiple conditions and tell the Bot to run when all or some of them are executed
Add conditions for when the Bot should run
Define what will trigger the Bot to act. These can be a specific date, document data, user roles, email, or name. E.g., select the Approve button in the purchase return and tell the Bot to create a corresponding Pipedrive record once it’s approved.

View the Bots log or use tags to check if the Bot ran successfully

Use Create Pipedrive Records Bot

Start creating a new Flow and import forms or generate templates right on the platform to enable the Bots option. Find and choose an appropriate Bot from the list.

Configure it

Open the Bot adjustment. Fill out all the required fields to define general and advanced settings. Consider determining activation circumstances to prevent false activations (you can include a couple of circumstances).

Investigate the way it operates

Execute the workflow and discover the results. Ensure that the software robots are operating properly. If something fails, check the Bots log to correct the errors and execute your Flow again.
