Configure Bot settings

First, connect to your Google account. Once connected, select a spreadsheet and the sheet you need. Then, match custom values with the fields in a spreadsheet and enter the custom data you want to export.

Define what will trigger the Bot to act. These can be a specific date, document data, user roles, email, or name. For example, select document fields and tell the Bot to export custom values when these fields have been completed.

Once the Bot is configured, share your document with anyone who needs to sign and complete it. Based on the conditions you’ve set, the information you need will be exported to the specified fields of a Google Sheets spreadsheet.
