Configure Bot settings
First, connect to your Airtable account. Once connected, select the Table and View you need. Choose a data transfer method — from a single line or a table. Then, match the fields of your document with the columns in the table and choose the fields you want to export.

Add conditions for when the Bot will act
Define what will trigger the Bot to act. These can be a specific date, document data, user roles, an email, or a name. For example, select document fields and tell the Bot to export data when these fields have been filled out.
Get your data exported to Airtable
Once the Bot is configured, share your document with anyone who needs to sign and complete it. Based on the conditions you’ve set, the document data will be copied to the respective tables in your Airtable account.
