Configure Bot settings
First, connect to your Pipedrive account. Once connected, select the Entity you need. Then, match the fields of your document with the Entity records and choose the document you want to export.
Note: To install and configure Bots, start by creating a workflow.

Add multiple conditions and tell the Bot to act when all or some of them are executed
Add conditions for when the Bot will act
Define what will trigger the Bot to act. Triggers can be a specific date, document data, user roles, an email, or a name. E.g., select document fields and tell the Bot to export data when these fields have been filled out.

View the Bots log or use tags to check if the Bot ran successfully
Get your data exported to Pipedrive
Once the Bot is configured, share your document with anyone who needs to sign and complete it. Based on the conditions you’ve set, the document will be automatically uploaded to your Pipedrive record.

Employ Export to Pipedrive Bot

Start a new Flow and import samples or generate documents right on the platform to activate the Bots option. Find a needed Bot from the list.

Configure it

Open the Bot configuration. Complete all the required fields to customize general and advanced settings. Don’t forget about indicating activation circumstances to avoid false activations (you can add a few circumstances).

Investigate how it operates

Execute the workflow and discover the results. Ensure that the software robots operate correctly. If something doesn’t work, look into the Bots log to correct the errors and execute your Flow again.
