Choose the record that will be used to launch the workflow
Configure Bot settings
First, connect to your NetSuite account. Once connected, type the name of a workflow you want to start automatically. Then, find and select a starting record for which the NetSuite workflow will run. For example, you can initiate a workflow for a Customer email record when the corresponding field in a document is completed.
Note: To install and configure Bots, start by creating a workflow.
Add multiple conditions and tell the Bot to act when all or some of them are executed
Add conditions for when the Bot should run
Define what will trigger the Bot to act. These can be a specific date, document data, user roles, email, or name. E.g., select document fields and tell the Bot to invoke the NetSuite workflow when these fields have been filled out.
View the Bots log or use tags to check if the Bot ran successfully
