Configure Bot settings
First, connect to your OneDrive account. Choose an existing archive folder or create a new one. Then, select documents within your Flow to be automatically stored in the specified OneDrive folder.
Note: To install and configure Bots, start by creating a workflow.

Add conditions for when the Bot should run
Define what will trigger the Bot to act. These can be a specific date, document data, user roles, email, or name. E.g., select all fields and tell the Bot to archive a document once all fillable fields have been filled out.

DON'T sync PST files to OneDrive. But if you still rely on PST files to archive your old emails, this is for you. Never, by any chance, move your active PST files to a OneDrive folder that is being synchronized to the cloud.

A: You may store your old . pst files on OneDrive for Business for backup purposes only. You should NOT use these files actively from your OneDrive.
