Route forms to OneDrive with the Archive to OneDrive Bot

If your company has numerous paper-based processes, it's time to improve the situation and automate the non-decision making procedures. This solution will bring up substantial improvements in no time. All you need to do is automate specific processes (like the Archive Bot to OneDrive for business) and follow up the results.

For example, let's say you are a GP (general practitioner) in a Health Care Center. Your patients above 35 have to undergo a routine annual medical examination. The results are recorded in patients’ records. Each year you use the same forms or update the old ones manually.

However, to run through the health updates, the records should be constantly archived. With airSlate automatic archiving is available right when you open or complete documents. Spend a few minutes to set an Archive to OneDrive Bot and review your documents at any time in the cloud storage.

Get the following benefits of using the Bot:

  • Save time archiving documents
  • Save money spent on GP’s salary, electricity bills, premises rent, etc.
  • Reduce human error risks
  • Manage two services and ensure smooth integration with a cloud storage system
  • Accelerate your internal processes

Archiving in cloud storage systems has its privileges, such as unlimited storage and easy document access from any device via authorization. Customer-oriented businesses integrate with cloud storage systems to ensure all the information is properly backed up.

Integration solutions and the Archive to OneDrive Bot, in particular, are applicable for businesses across industries.
