Configure Bot settings
First, connect to your Egnyte account. Choose an existing folder or create a new one. Then, select documents within your Flow to be automatically stored in the specified Egnyte folder.
Note: To install and configure Bots, start by creating a workflow.

Add multiple conditions and tell the Bot to run when all or some of them are executed
Add conditions for when the Bot should run
Define what will trigger the Bot to act. These can be a specific date, document data, user roles, email, or name. E.g., select all fields and tell the Bot to save a document once all fillable fields have been filled out.

Check the tags to make sure the Bot has run successfully
Get your document saved in seconds
Once the Bot is configured, share your document with anyone who needs to sign and complete it. Based on the conditions you’ve set, it will be saved to the selected Egnyte folder.

Implement Egnyte Bot

Start a new Flow and import samples or generate documents right in the system to initialize the Bots option. Find a wanted software robot from the list.

Configure it

Open up the Bot configuration menu. Complete all the required fields to modify general and advanced settings. Don’t forget about determining activation conditions in order to avoid false activations (you can add several conditions).

See the way it operates

Execute the workflow and discover the outcomes. Ensure that the software robots are working appropriately. If something doesn’t work, check the Bots log to correct the mistakes and execute your Flow again.
