Configure Bot settings
First, select recipients who will receive reminders. Then, customize the frequency of reminders and set a specific date and time. You can also add multiple reminders and create a reminder message.

Define what will trigger the Bot to act. These can be a specific date, document data, user roles, email, or name. E.g., select an email and tell the Bot to send reminders when the recipient under that email opens the document.
