Configure Bot settings
Select a document with a table, choose the column you want to sort by, and identify the sorting order: ascending or descending. Then define what will trigger the Bot to act. These can be a specific date, document data, user roles, email, or name. E.g., select Revision and tell the Bot to act once someone opens the document for the first time.
