Create and assign tasks in seconds with Trello automation

Trello’s list-making application is one of the most popular task managers in the world. Millions of teams create cards manually, then assign them by simply dragging a card to another table when the task is in progress or completed.

For managing multiple tasks throughout a given working day however, many users find this process tedious. The situation can slow down even more when creating cards requires additional communication between a manager and the assignee. By using Trello automation with airSlate Bots, you can make the process much easier and faster. Create any documents or forms that you need to complete your task and then use this Bot to match fields and transfer a task directly to your Trello board.

You no longer need to complete any routine actions. When somebody completes a Flow, the Trello Bot automatically creates a task in a defined table and assigns it to an organization member.

Automation of this process is an helps to not only support colleagues who are tasked with reviewing processes for mistakes, errors or bug reports, but also for anyone needing to verify information.

Check out the most significant benefits of Trello automation:

  • Automatic creation and assigning of tasks
  • Elimination of human error

Time saved for focusing on higher priority goals.
