Configure Bot settings
First, connect to your Procore account. Once connected, select your Procore company and an object in it. Next, specify what information from the document will be used to update the Procore record. Next, provide search conditions to locate the relevant record.
Note: To install and configure Bots, start by creating a workflow.

Add multiple conditions and tell the Bot to run when all or some of them are executed
Add conditions for when the Bot should run
Define what will trigger the Bot to act. These can range from a specific date, document data, user roles, email, or name. E.g., select a Role and tell the Bot to export data to a Procore record when a recipient under this Role opens the document.

View the Bots log or use tags to check if the Bot ran successfully
Add multiple conditions and tell the Bot to run when all or some of them are executed
Once the Bot is configured, share your document with anyone who needs to sign and complete it. Based on the conditions you’ve set, the Procore record will be updated with data from the selected document fields.

Employ Update Procore Records Bot

Begin a new Flow and transfer forms or create documents right on the platform to activate the Bots option. Find and choose a needed Bot from the list.

Set it up

Open up the Bot configuration menu. Complete all of the required fields to define general and advanced options. Consider determining activation conditions to protect yourself from false activations (you can add a few conditions).

Implement the workflow and explore the outcomes. Ensure that the software robots operate appropriately. If something doesn’t work, check the Bots log to correct the errors and run your Flow again.
