Borya created the vision for our easy-to-use, automated, end-to-end document workflow solution. He is passionate about airSlate’s products and ensuring that they meet the needs of our vibrant community of users.
He has 20-years experience developing and applying algorithms and models to drive business results and academic insights. Prior to joining airSlate, he founded Orwick, an online community for scientific research. He also was a professor of BioInformatics at Boston University and a fellow in Systems Biology at Harvard University. He has published many research papers, including ones on the evolution of genetic structures, which he adapted to create airSlate’s exceptional growth model.
Borya received a BS in Computational BioPhysics from University of Illinois, a PhD in Bioinformatics from Boston University.
Drew manages the day-to-day operations of airSlate, with a focus on G&A and Sales functions. He also spearheads airSlate’s acquisitions.
With a successful track record of using business strategy and data analytics to maximize company value for employees and shareholders, including Fortune 50 companies, Drew helps advance airSlate’s mission to lead the document workflow automation space. Drew is passionate about implementing world-class recruiting and retention strategies, optimizing operational processes, and structuring customer and partner deals, and throughout his career has advised on 30+ equity financings, 3 IPOs, and over 20 acquisitions. Prior to joining airSlate, he served as CEO/CFO of several software and high-tech companies.
Drew received a BA in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and a BS in Marketing from the Wharton School of Business.
Vadim leads our engineering team. He built airSlate’s first product, pdfFiller, which is used by millions of users.
For the past 30+ years, Vadim served as founder, technologist and/or director for various software and internet companies, including FurnitureFan, SharpSpring, ThinMail and Citrix. Prior to founding airSlate, Vadim founded Clear Software, flowcharting and graphical tool software that was sold to SPSS. Post acquisition, he continued as EVP of Internet Products for SPSS.
Vadim invented automatic process diagramming and the internet spider, which is the technology that drives most of today’s search engines. He is passionate about helping people realize their true potential.
Richard leads airSlate’s finance function and investor relations, collaborating with senior leadership and our board to drive value through organic growth and efficient operations.
Consistently recognized as a leading analyst and investor, he has extensive experience in strategic planning, financial and investment management, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets across public and private companies. Prior to joining airSlate, he served as CFO at Acacia Research, a permanent capital platform, Clear, a leading biometric identity verification platform, and in leadership roles across the live entertainment and sports industries. Earlier in his career, he worked in investment research at Goldman Sachs and in investment management at Baron Capital.
Rich received his BA in Mathematics from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School.
Paul is responsible for driving highly efficient and scalable customer acquisition via affiliate marketing programs.
He has spent almost 20 years in marketing building, scaling, and leading customer acquisition programs for successful SaaS companies, including startups, tech unicorns, and post-IPO companies. Prior to working in marketing, Paul trained in engineering, which gives him a unique perspective in the tech space.
Paul earned a Civil Engineering degree from Belarusian National Technical University, a BA from the Bertolon School of Business at Salem State University, and his MBA from the Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College. He’s passionate about mentoring new performance marketing leaders and delivering tech solutions that help SMBs and entrepreneurs succeed.
John leads airSlate's Channel and Alliances program and is dedicated to the success of our partner community. It is his vision to make airSlate the go-to partner offering for SIs, MSPs, resellers, and ISVs looking to “wow” their customers with our best-in-class document workflow solutions.
He has spearheaded multiple award-winning channel programs throughout his 20-year career in software. His expertise spans the entire lifecycle, from building channels from the ground up to overseeing robust ecosystems. He has a strong partner-first and people-first philosophy, and believes that helping others succeed enriches our own lives and drives our own success.
John received a BA from Baylor University in Marketing and Entrepreneurship.
Roman leads airSlate’s legal, privacy, and compliance team. His passion is finding legal solutions that enable the business to unlock the potential of people, at both individual and company-wide levels.
Roman’s background is primarily in corporate law, M&A, contract management, and intellectual property & technology law. Roman started at airSlate as a Legal Counsel before growing into his current General Counsel role. Prior to joining airSlate, his legal expertise was shaped through working in both law firm and corporate in-house settings.
Roman earned his LLM and JD degrees from the University of Illinois College of Law.
Eugene leads our infrastructure, security, and data platform teams and is responsible for developing API and Integration products.
He has over 15 years experience on the Engineering teams of top firms, such as EMC and SunLife Financial. Roles prior to airSlate include Director of DevOps at Datto, Director of Engineering at Personagraph and Principal Architect at EMC.
Eugene received an MS in Engineering and Management from MIT and is passionate about inspiring productive engineering teams and solving hard problems in the cloud.
