How to Simplify Creative Project Request Form using Flow template

of fields for the holiday request form, including first name, last name, start date, and end date. These fields are all required, meaning that the user must fill them in to submit the form. Once we have created the form, we can move on to integrating it with Microsoft Planner. To do this, we will use Microsoft Power Automate. Open Power Automate and select the "Create" button to create a new flow. In the search bar, type in "Forms" and select the "When a new response is submitted" trigger. This will be the trigger that initiates the flow whenever a new response is submitted to the form. Next, we need to connect the form to the flow. Select the form that we just created from the drop-down menu. Now we can add an action to the flow. In the search bar, type in "Planner" and select the "Create a task" action. This action will create a new task in Microsoft Planner whenever a new response is submitted to the form. Next, we need to configure the task details. Select the relevant information from the form fields to populate the task title, due date, and other necessary details. Once we have configured the task details, we can save the flow and test it by submitting a response to the form. This will create a new task in Microsoft Planner with the information from the form. Finally, to integrate the tasks with our Outlook calendar, we can use the Microsoft Planner connector in Outlook. Open Outlook and go to the calendar view. Select "Add calendar" and choose the option to add a calendar from the internet. In the URL field, paste the URL of your Microsoft Planner tasks. This will import the tasks from Planner into your Outlook calendar. And that's it! We have successfully created a Microsoft form, integrated it with Planner using Power Automate, and imported the tasks into our Outlook calendar. This workflow is incredibly useful for managing holiday requests or any other project requests within your organization. I hope you found this tutorial helpful.
