Hello Matthew, in today's video, we will be creating a Temporary Employment contract. To get started, click on the link below the video to create the form. Once you click there, go to the business forms section and view all business forms. There are over 110 forms available. You can use the search engine to find the "Temporary Employment contract" form. Once you locate it, click on it and then click on "create document". In the contract, you will need to state the names of both parties involved, the employer (Mr. Ed) and the employee (Mr. Mark). Next, mention the employee's job title or position, in this case, Marketing Manager. You can also include all the necessary responsibilities associated with the job. Specify the work schedule, whether it is full time or part-time, and the working hours. Also, include the work location, as it is essential to get it right. In terms of employment, mention if it is a fixed-term contract and if there is a probation period. If there is a probation period, state the number of days. Decide if you want the employment form to include a confidentiality provision. It is also important to mention the basic salary, overtime pay, commissions, and additional compensation if applicable. If you will cover any out-of-pocket expenses, such as travel meals or entertainment, include that as well. Specify time-off policies, other benefits, and if there is an employee handbook or disability policy. Include termination of the contract details, non-compete agreement, governing law (Texas), and dispute resolution in case a dispute arises. Lastly, enter the agreement date. After completing these steps, preview the form on the left side. If all the information entered is correct, save and download the form. You have the option to choose a premium trial for one dollar for seven days, or a free trial. The premium trial is recommended if you need to create more legal templates.
