of fields here, capturing the first name, last name, start date, and end date for the holiday request. You can add more fields as per your requirement. Once you have created the form, you can go ahead and click on "Send Form" to send it to your colleagues or employees. Now, let's move on to integrating this form with Microsoft Planner. Open the Microsoft Planner tab that we previously opened. Click on "New Plan" to create a new plan. Give it a relevant name, such as "Holiday Requests", and click on "Create Plan". Once the plan is created, click on the three dots next to your plan's name and select "Connectors". In the search bar, type "Forms" and click on "Microsoft Forms". Click on "Add" to connect Microsoft Forms with Microsoft Planner. Now, go back to Microsoft Forms and open your created form. Click on "Responses" and then on "Create Flow". This will open up Power Automate. In Power Automate, you will see some pre-built templates. Search for "Planner" and select the "Create a task in Planner" template. Click on "Use this template". In the template, you will need to provide the necessary details for creating a task in Microsoft Planner. For example, in the "Title" field, you can enter "Holiday Request - [First Name] [Last Name]". You can customize the other fields as well. Once you have completed customizing the template, click on "Save" and then on "Test". This will run a test flow to ensure everything is working correctly. You can also customize the flow to perform additional actions if required. Once the flow is tested and working, click on "Back to Microsoft Forms" at the top of the page. To integrate this with your Microsoft Outlook calendar, you can use the built-in functionality of Outlook. Open your Outlook calendar and create a new event. In the event details, add the relevant information from the form, such as the start date, end date, and any additional details. You can also set reminders and invite others if needed. That's it! Now, whenever someone submits a holiday request through the Microsoft form, a task will be created in Microsoft Planner and an event will be added to your Outlook calendar. I hope this tutorial was helpful in showing you how to create a Microsoft form, integrate it with Microsoft Planner, and sync it with your Outlook calendar.
