Hello everyone, in today's video, we will be focusing on Microsoft Forms and Power Automate. We will learn how to create surveys and quizzes using Microsoft Forms, and then utilize Power Automate to gather, filter, and perform calculations on the responses. We can save the responses in an Excel file, run reports on them, generate PDF documents based on quiz results, and much more. Microsoft Forms is a user-friendly and lightweight tool that enables us to quickly create surveys and quizzes. These forms can be either anonymous or secured for a specific set of users within your organization. There are two types of forms we can create: standard forms and quiz-based forms. Quiz-based forms allow us to assign points to each question and evaluate the responses accordingly. Let's start by creating a simple form to collect feedback on an event. I will click on "New Form" and give it a name. Then, I will add questions to the form. There are predefined questions recommended by artificial intelligence, but I will personalize the form by adding questions such as name, email, a rating question, and a net promoter score question. After adding all the necessary questions, my form is complete. I can further customize it by adding themes, and I can even preview the form to see how it will appear to the respondents. The respondents will be able to fill out the form on any browser without needing to install any app. If I go to the settings of the form, I can choose whether only people within my organization can respond, and whether their names should be recorded. I can also make the form anonymous if desired. To share the form, I can simply copy the form link provided in the sharing options. The respondents can click on the link and fill out the form by entering their name, email, providing ratings, and answering the survey questions.
