How to Manage Church Donation using Flow template

Hello, my name is Doug Laser and I wanted to record this video to show you the latest version of my software for churches. This software helps churches count and record their donations, as well as create year-end receipts for donors and monthly reports. I created this software for our small church in Western Pennsylvania about 10 years ago. Since then, I have distributed it to over 900 churches around the world. If you're interested in getting a copy for your church after watching this video, please check out the video description below. In the video description, you'll find my email address. Just send me an email requesting a copy, and I'll gladly send it to you. Once you receive the software, I recommend creating a folder on one of your local drives. You can use the example we have, which is a folder for the ABC church. In the email, you'll find an Excel file to download, as well as a user guide in Word document format. After you download and open the files, you'll want to customize the software for your church. The customization process is simple and doesn't take much time. In this video, I won't cover all the options, but I'll show you how to set it up and use it for your weekly donations. When you receive the church giving template, one of the first things you'll want to do is change the name. In this example, let's call it ABC Church. We'll keep the word "Master" in the title because this is where you'll start to record donations. Now, open the file and let's do some customization. If you see a warning like "enable content," click on it. This warning is related to the VBA macros I've created in Excel. These macros act as a simple programming language to automate the steps in using this software. You don't need to be an expert in Microsoft Excel to use this software. Please note that you'll need the full version of Excel to use this software on a Mac or PC due to the VBA macros. I hope this video has provided a good overview of the software. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to me via email. I look forward to helping your church streamline its donation process with this software. Thank you for watching!
