of fields that will capture the necessary information for a holiday request. Once you have added all the necessary fields, you can customize the form design if you want. Next, we will move to Microsoft Power Automate to create a flow that will send the form responses to Microsoft Planner. Open Power Automate and click on "Create" in the left sidebar. In the search bar, type "forms" and select "When a new response is submitted". Then, select the form you created earlier and click on "Create". Next, we need to add an action to send the form responses to Planner. Search for "planner" in the search bar and select "Create a task". Choose the Planner plan and bucket where you want the tasks to be created. Now, we need to map the form responses to the task details. Click on the "Task Title" field and select "First Name" from the form responses. Repeat this for other fields such as "Task Description" and "Due Date". After mapping all the fields, click on "Save" to save the flow. Now, whenever someone submits a response to the form, it will create a new task in Planner with the form data. To integrate this with your Outlook calendar, you can add the Planner plan as a calendar in Outlook. Open Outlook and go to the Calendar view. On the left sidebar, right-click on "Other Calendars" and select "Add Calendar". Choose "From the Internet" and enter the URL of your Planner plan. Click "OK" and the Planner plan will be added as a calendar in your Outlook. Now, you will be able to see all the tasks and holidays from various colleagues in your Outlook calendar. And that's it! You have successfully created a Microsoft Form and integrated it with Planner and Outlook calendar. This can be extremely useful for managing holiday requests or any other type of form that requires approval and tracking.
