How to Effortlessly automate Get In Touch Contact Form using Flow template

Thank you for joining us in today's video on Microsoft Forms and Power Automate. In this video, we explored how to create surveys and quizzes using Microsoft Forms and then utilize Power Automate to gather and process the responses. Microsoft Forms is a user-friendly tool that allows us to quickly create surveys and quizzes. These forms can be anonymous or restricted to users within your organization. There are two types of forms you can create: standard forms and quiz-based forms. To demonstrate, we created a simple form to collect feedback on an event. We added questions such as name, email, a rating question, and a Net Promoter Score question. We also had the option to add themes to the form for customization purposes. After creating the form, we previewed it to see how respondents would interact with it. Respondents can fill out the form on any browser without needing to download any additional apps. In the settings of the form, we could specify who can respond to the form. We chose to restrict it to people within our organization and record their names. However, we also had the option to make the form anonymous. We then shared the form by obtaining the form link. This link can be sent to respondents, and they can fill out the survey or quiz by following the link. We demonstrated the process by opening the form, entering our details and responses, and submitting them. As the form owner, we can view the responses in the "Responses" tab. We can see the start time, completion time, and the attributes captured in the form. Since we set our form as anonymous, it did not capture the respondent's name and email. In the "Responses" tab, we can also see statistics such as the average time taken to complete the form, the total number of responses, and the results per question. By using Power Automate, we can automate various actions with the form responses. For example, we can filter, run calculations, save the responses to an Excel file, generate reports, or even create a PDF document based on the quiz results. Overall, Microsoft Forms and Power Automate provide a seamless and efficient way to create surveys and quizzes, collect responses, and automate processes based on those responses. We hope you found this video helpful in understanding the capabilities of these tools.
