How to Effortlessly automate Get an Estimate for Some Service using Flow template

to get an estimate for some service. Now let's go ahead and customize this template according to our needs. First, let's select the triggering action for our flow. In this case, we want the flow to trigger when a new item is created in our SharePoint list. Next, let's configure the approval process. We can define the email subject, email body, and the approver(s) for the request. We can also set a due date for the approval. Additionally, we can customize the email notifications that will be sent to the approvers. We can define the email subject and body for both approval and rejection notifications. Moreover, we can add multiple approvers and define whether all the approvers need to approve the request or just one is enough. Once the approval is completed, we can set the status of the SharePoint list item based on the approval outcome. In our case, if the request is approved, we will set the status to "Closed", and if it is rejected, we will set the status to "Rejected". Furthermore, we can enable reminders for the approvers to ensure timely responses. We can configure when and how many reminders should be sent. In addition to the approvals, this template also includes a history log so that we can track the approval process for each item in the SharePoint list. Finally, we can save and test our flow to ensure everything is working as expected. That's it! We have successfully customized the "Get an Estimate for Some Service" flow template to automate the approval process for our SharePoint list items. Now, whenever a new item is created in our list, the flow will trigger, and the assigned approver(s) will receive an email to review and approve the request.
