How to Streamline Employee Corrective Action Plan processing using Flow template

hi everyone I'm Jackie Jones thunder and CEO of way we do out one of our subscribers to way we do was recently having trouble with one of his team members and he wanted us to create an activated checklist for an employee corrective action management process so we created an employee corrective action plan template that covers four phases the checklist is to be used during a meeting with the team member along with the manager so at way we do our philosophy is to keep conversations really positive to allow for the manager and the team member to take responsibility and to create a successful outcome so to run this process you simply click the run checklist button and enter the name of the employee into the activity title so I'm going to enter in a made-up name here could Joe Bloggs and then click confirm so the first section discusses the area of unsatisfactory performance so we've created a decision point whereby the manager can choose the area of poor performance such as disobedience safety tardiness etc and of course when you have access to this template you can modify these conditions and add other ones or remove the items if you wish to do that so we'll select an item here called safety so for each item that has been selected the manager is required to enter in a statement regarding the employees performance into the comments section below and so I'll add that in so when items are ticked off and when notes are added the name of the person completing that task or entering this comment comments is recorded along with a time and date stamp and so I'm going to check this item off here so that the next section is the employee's statement so the process enables you to invite the team member to the checklist instance by using the invites collaborator button so I'll simply click this button here and when you add your team to way we do then their names will appear in the list and you simply select their name and then click the invite button so when the employee has been added to this checklist instance they then will be asked whether they agree or disagree with the statement that has been provided so I'm going to for the this purpose I'm going to select a agreed with this with a statement so the next step for the employee is to state the reason why they think they agree with that statement so they then entered that and into the notes field there and check that item off the third section of this process looks at the corrective actions that need to take place so again a decision point has been created and and then the manager can then choose the item that they think is most appropriate so for this scenario I'm going to choose warning is required with an expected improvement and again for each
