How to Equipment Maintenance Request

- One of the most useful features in Equipment360 is maintenance request. Maintenance request can help minimize equipment down time by letting your operators, foremen, and field mechanics submit equipment issues on the fly. Once we're in the app, simply select the job you're in, I'll pick the Pearland job. Pick the piece of equipment that's having the issue. Let's pick the wheel loader. Type in a description of what the issue is. Say we have a hydraulic leak. And you can even add and annotate a photo to show what the problem is. Hit send, and your shop manager will be immediately alerted of the request. Now we're in the Equipment360 manager application. On the dashboard, you can see the issue I just submitted. I can double click on the request to turn it into a work order. The work order will automatically have all of the information from the request, and I can go ahead and assign this work order to a mechanic. As you can see in just a few minutes, the issue from the field has been accurately captured, submitted as an alert, and turned into a work order; saving your shop time, and helping your jobs run more efficiently.
