Press Release Workflow

The Press Release Flow is used by marketing departments to automate the approval of press-release workflows.

Automation setup:

  1. The Reminder Bot is configured to send email reminders for completing the form within the specified time period.
  2. The Notification Bot is configured to notify the Flow Admin whenever a new press release approval request has been submitted.
  3. The Notification Bot is configured to notify the employee that their press release has been approved.
The manager initiates the Press Release Flow to collect all needed information for reviewing a press-release. Upon approval, the employee will receive a corresponding email notification.
