This section of the fraud/misappropriation story starts in the late 80s with the notorious “Duck Dynasty” but as time goes by, more and more people are sharing the same story. Some of these stories are even in print in the local press, especially those that are based in China. There are three main culprits in this growing story. The first is the “Money Laundering” and Money Laundering (MLC) program. MLC is a scheme designed to use money laundering to fund its operations. Money Laundering is not a different program that was approved by all the regulators of China and has become the “currency” that China uses to finance their own currency markets. Money laundering programs have been around for the past several decades in both China and China's large economies. In countries like China it's relatively easy to transfer money between banks as they share all the same rules and regulations regarding banking. But the problem has been a serious one for the past few years. In this article we discuss two major schemes that have surfaced in these years: The first was the “MLC” scheme, which was developed and utilized for both government and private currencies with limited financial and other involvement.

Some exchanges consider refund requests based on the request size or size of the payment card you are making.
