How to Simplify Inventory approval using Flow template

using the Get user profile action to retrieve the email addresses of the approvers. Once the approval is completed, I will check the outcome of the approval using a condition. If the outcome is approved, I will update the status of the item to "approved" and append the approval info with the details of the approval. If the outcome is rejected, I will update the status to "rejected" and append the approval info with the rejection details. Finally, I will add a button to the SharePoint form using the Power Apps integration, which will allow the user to resubmit the item for approval. This button will trigger a flow to reset the status to "new" and update the approval info accordingly. By using this approach, I can ensure that the item is secure during the approval process. Users will not be able to edit or delete the item while it is under review. Additionally, the approval history is logged in the approval info column, allowing for transparency and accountability. Overall, this flow template simplifies the inventory approval process by automating the approval workflow, setting item level security, and providing a user-friendly interface for resubmission.
