, which is the "Schedule" trigger. Now, I'm going to add the next step by clicking on the "+" icon. This new step will be to get the data from the Excel table. In the search bar, I'm going to type "Excel" and select the "Excel - Get rows" action. I'll then need to sign in to my Microsoft 365 account and select the Excel file that contains my tasks table. Once I've selected the file, I can choose the table name from the dropdown menu. In this case, it's "tasks". Next, I want to filter the rows to only include tasks that have a reminder date equal to today's date. To do this, I'll add another step by clicking on the "+" icon. In the search bar, I'll type "Data operations" and select the "Filter array" action. I'll then use the following expression to filter the rows: `formatDateTime(utcNow(), 'dd-MM-yyyy') eq formatDateTime(items('Apply_to_each')?['Reminder Date'], 'dd-MM-yyyy')`. This expression compares today's date to the reminder date of each task and filters out the ones that are not equal. Now, I want to send an email to myself with a list of my tasks. To do this, I'll add another step by clicking on the "+" icon. In the search bar, I'll type "Outlook" and select the "Send an email (V2)" action. I'll then need to sign in to my Outlook account. In the email settings, I can customize the subject and body of the email. To include the list of tasks, I can use dynamic content. I'll click on the "Add dynamic content" button and select "Output" from the previous step. I'll then choose the dynamic content that corresponds to the tasks' details I want to include. Lastly, I want to send an email to Joe with her tasks. I'll add another step by clicking on the "+" icon and follow the same process as before, but this time, I'll use Joe's email address and customize the email settings accordingly. Once I've added all the necessary steps, I can save and test my flow. The flow will run at the scheduled time (10 a.m. every Tuesday) and send the reminder emails with the tasks' details to the respective recipients. That's it! With the Effortlessly automate Newsletter Subscription using Flow template power automate, you can easily set up a flow to automatically email task reminders from your Excel spreadsheet without any coding required.
