How workflow automation transforms small businesses

Small businesses account for more than 90% of all global companies. There are over 32 million small businesses in the United States alone, representing 99% of all companies. When it comes to workflow automation, both airSlate and UiPath see a clear business opportunity in leveraging and scaling this technology for companies across different industries.

Workflow automation reduces mundane work by delegating it to software robots, as well as helps businesses improve their customer service and employee satisfaction. airSlate eliminates manual effort by automating routine workflows using a no-code approach.

A partnership with airSlate supports the UiPath mission to build a new layer in the enterprise IT stack – the automation layer that sits above existing systems and infrastructure.

Now more than ever, we see huge demand from organizations of all sizes that need the agility and efficiency of the no-code airSlate platform to drive their business. This partnership with UiPath affirms the vision behind airSlate while exposing our solution to a broader enterprise market. The no-code revolution is only beginning, and partnerships like this will help power our team to innovate even more quickly, providing seamless business automation, and best-in-class functionality for our customers.

airSlate for UiPath: A quick overview of the new integration

airSlate created and released a new integration with UiPath that enables customers to add automated document workflows into their UiPath processes. airSlate offers a wide range of business automation tools, including advanced document generation, visual workflow builder, easy no-code workflow automation, and many more.

With airSlate for UiPath, users are able to trigger airSlate workflows that can:

  • Generate documents and forms with data provided by UiPath as well as many other systems
  • Send documents through the automated workflows for approval and signing
  • Collect data and bring it back to UiPath

Watch the video below to learn how airSlate’s integration with UiPath works:

It takes just a few simple steps to set up a document workflow in airSlate and integrate it into your UiPath process:

  • Add documents and forms, define workflow steps, and add no-code bots to enable data routing.
  • Then, simply add the “Create Slate activity” to integrate the workflow you’ve created into an existing UiPath process.
  • Now, with the airSlate activity added to the UiPath process, documents can be generated with data from UiPath, automatically sent for completion and eSignature, and returned to UiPath where newly collected data can be populated into local environments.

airSlate’s document workflow automation platform provides “the last mile” to extend the scope of what processes UiPath users can automate, integrate and make more intelligent.
