I could buy a  Kevin Cookie Company cookies late at night.   That's really perfect for those late night  munchies. Today we are going to learn how to   use Microsoft's Power Virtual Agents or what I  like to call PVA. We're going to learn how you   can create your very own chat bot. Chat bots  are perfect for answering routine questions,   for collecting information, for filing help  desk requests, and so many other scenarios.   Your chat bot can interact on your website,  you could have it respond to Facebook messages,   you could have it talk to people in Microsoft  Teams, or even respond to text messages. There   are so many different ways that you can use it,  and the really great news is it's low code meaning   that it's very simple and intuitive to use. If you  can watch this video, you'll know how to make your   own chat bot. Let's learn how to do this. We're  going to look at two separate paths for how you   can get PVA, and they both require a Microsoft  work or school account, and unfortunately,   if you have a Microsoft personal or consumer  account, you won't be able to use this.   The good news is though you can sign up for a  free one-month trial to test out a work account.   You could click on the link up above or also  down below in the description. The first way   to get PVA is directly in Microsoft Teams. Over on  the left-hand side, click on the three dots or the   ellipsis and then search for Power Virtual Agents.  Click on this option, and then click on add. You   can now create your chat bot. Second, head to  the website .com,   and then click on start free, and here too you can  also create your chat bot. Now either approach has   the same exact interface, so whichever one  you choose, you'll be able to follow along.   The key difference is if you create it through  Microsoft Teams, it'll optimize the permissions   for Microsoft Teams. In this video, I'll create it  directly through the website. On the PVA homepage,   let's click on the start free button, and on the  next page, sign in with your credentials. Once   you finish signing in, you'll need to set up your  PVA account. Here you can select your country or   region, and once you select that, let's click on  get started, and look at that, we now have a PVA   account. Let's click on get started. This  now drops us into the main PVA interface.   Right here, let's click on got it. Here  we see a welcome message, and here again,   let's click on get started. Next it asks us to  start creating our chat bot, but in this video,   I want to use the new experience, so in the top  right-hand corner, let's
