We have utilized three Microsoft products to create this flow, and the goal is to make our lives and yours easier by following the same steps. The process starts with a contract administration template using Microsoft Forms. Users fill out the required data in the form. This data triggers a Power Automate flow that moves the information to a SharePoint list. Additionally, any uploaded documents are processed by Power Automate and placed in a designated folder on a SharePoint site. In the SharePoint list, you can easily view and edit the information that was filled out in the form. This flexibility allows for quick modifications if any mistakes or changes need to be made. We also mentioned the location where the processed contract administration information is stored. This information is housed in SharePoint, providing a centralized and organized location for all contract-related documents.
