hey it's Jenny Wallach with the wallet group Keller Williams Realty in Tulsa Oklahoma today I'm going to talk about the 5s model of customer experience the S today is survey this is after you have set up expectations with your clients and now you're in agreement and working together you are going to survey along the way how you're doing checking in getting feedback now maybe you're implementing the promise in your business and so that is a part of your your plan you're going to check in weekly with them and communicate and let them know what's going on and say how we doing because if we don't ask we don't know and we're not able to correct any problems or any communication errors to get better as soon as possible the other thing is that we want to track how we're doing there's different ways of doing this and it's called the CX system inside of the class that I teach and it's just a way to kind of measure off in surveying your clients after closing of how we did another way is surveys and reviews online after closing so this could be done through apps this could be done through Google Zillow all of the different websites that are out there you could create your own whatever it takes to get feedback so that you are never assuming how you did and in fact whenever people give you a raving review whether on Facebook or those others that I mentioned now you have a testimonial that can you can use in your marketing and it always comes across better when that raving review comes from someone else not us right well let me know if you have any ideas on ways that you can survey and check in with your clients through the process and beyond and I'll talk to you real soon bye
