Automate bank letter Template using Coupon Carrier Bot

Discover a no-code way to develop fully-automated bank letter workflow with Coupon Carrier bot

• To begin creating a new automated bank letter workflow, check out the dashboard and click Start. Select Design workflow and add your document or create it from scratch.

  

• After a document is uploaded or imported, you can add fillable fields to personalize it. Place fields where you need it in a document to make it easier for recipients to fill in.

  

• After you’ve added or created bank letter, the next step is assigning this document and its particular fields to recipients.

  

• Next, navigate to the Assign fields dropdown to indicate which document fields are meant for which recipients.

  

• Once done, click Continue at the bottom of the page.

  

• The last stage of configuring an automated bank letter workflow is adding the no-code bots. To add a Coupon Carrier bot to the step, hover over the step you want to automate and select the Add bot to step option.

  

• At this stage, the list of available bots has limitations. Select All bots in the top left corner to check out the complete list of the bots you can add to the step. Alocate the Coupon Carrier bot, click Install bot, and configure the bot configurations.

  

• Now that your automated bank letter workflow is set up, you can:

  • check how it works by selecting Test
  • select Finish later if you intend to go back to the workflow setup
  • click Publish to email your workflow
