Use Auryc Bot for Automating bank receipt Template

Explore a no-code approach to create fully-automated bank receipt workflow with Auryc bot

• To start building a new automated bank receipt workflow, navigate to the dashboard and click Start. Select Design workflow and add your document or create it from scratch.

  

• Once a document is uploaded or imported, you can insert fillable fields to modify it. Place fields where you need it in a document to make it easier for individuals to fill in.

  

• After you’ve uploaded or created bank receipt, the next stage is assigning this document and its particular fields to recipients.

  

• Next, navigate to the Assign fields dropdown to indicate which document fields are meant for which users.

  

• Once done, click Continue at the bottom of the screen.

  

• The last stage of configuring an automated bank receipt workflow is setting up the no-code bots. To add a Auryc bot to the step, hover over the step you need to automate and select the Add bot to step option.

  

• At this stage, the list of available bots has limitations. Select All bots in the top left area to find the complete list of the bots you can add to the step. Alocate the Auryc bot, click Install bot, and configure the bot configurations.

  

• Now that your automated bank receipt workflow is set up, you can:

  • check how it operates by selecting Test
  • select Finish later if you intend to go back to the workflow setup
  • click Publish to send out your workflow
