Automate cash payment receipt Template using Coupon Carrier Bot

Explore a no-code approach to create fully-automated cash payment receipt workflow with Coupon Carrier bot

• To start developing a new automated cash payment receipt workflow, navigate to the dashboard and click Start. Select Design workflow and upload your document or create it from scratch.

  

• After a document is uploaded or imported, you can insert fillable fields to modify it. Place fields where you need it in a document to make it easier for individuals to complete.

  

• After you’ve uploaded or created cash payment receipt, the next stage is assigning this document along with its fields to recipients.

  

• Next, proceed to the Assign fields dropdown to indicate which document fields are intended for which users.

  

• Once done, click Continue at the bottom of the screen.

  

• The final stage of configuring an automated cash payment receipt workflow is adding the no-code bots. To add a Coupon Carrier bot to the step, hover over the step you want to automate and select the Add bot to step option.

  

• At this stage, the list of available bots is limited. Select All bots in the top left corner to see the complete list of the bots you can add to the step. Alocate the Coupon Carrier bot, click Install bot, and configure the bot configurations.

  

• Now that your automated cash payment receipt workflow is configured, you can:
