Automate payment agreement Template using Quiz Class Bot

Explore a no-code way to create fully-automated payment agreement workflow with Quiz Class bot

• To begin developing a new automated payment agreement workflow, navigate to the dashboard and click Start. Choose Design workflow and upload your document or create it from scratch.

  

• Once a document is uploaded or imported, you can add fillable fields to modify it. Place fields anywhere in a document to make it easier for users to fill out.

  

• After you’ve added or created payment agreement, the next step is assigning this document and its particular fields to recipients.

  

• Next, proceed to the Assign fields dropdown to indicate which document fields are meant for which users.

  

• Once done, click Continue at the bottom of the screen.

  

• The final stage of configuring an automated payment agreement workflow is adding the no-code bots. To add a Quiz Class bot to the step, hover over the step you want to automate and choose the Add bot to step option.

  

• At this stage, the list of offered bots has limitations. Choose All bots in the top left area to view the full list of the bots you can add to the step. Alocate the Quiz Class bot, click Install bot, and configure the bot configurations.

  

• Now that your automated payment agreement workflow is set up, you can:

  • check how it works by selecting Test
  • choose Finish later if you intend to go back to the workflow setup
  • click Publish to email your workflow
