Automate assignment agreement Template using Solve Data Bot

Explore a no-code way to develop fully-automated assignment agreement workflow with Solve Data bot

• To start building a new automated assignment agreement workflow, navigate to the dashboard and click Start. Choose Design workflow and add your document or create it from scratch.

  

• Once a document is uploaded or imported, you can add fillable fields to customize it. Place fields where you need it in a document to make it easier for users to fill in.

  

• After you’ve uploaded or created assignment agreement, the next step is assigning this document along with its fields to recipients.

  

• Next, go to the Assign fields dropdown to specify which document fields are intended for which users.

  

• Once done, click Continue at the bottom of the page.

  

• The last stage of configuring an automated assignment agreement workflow is setting up the no-code bots. To add a Solve Data bot to the step, hover over the step you want to automate and choose the Add bot to step option.

  

• At this stage, the list of available bots has limitations. Choose All bots in the top left area to find the full list of the bots you can add to the step. Find the Solve Data bot, click Install bot, and configure the bot settings.

  

• Now that your automated assignment agreement workflow is set up, you can:

  • check how it works by choosing Test
  • click Finish later if you plan to return to the workflow setup
  • click Publish to email your workflow
