Automate bank account registration Template using Service Fusion Bot

Explore a no-code approach to create fully-automated bank account registration workflow with Service Fusion bot

• To begin building a new automated bank account registration workflow, navigate to the dashboard and click Start. Select Design workflow and add your document or create it from scratch.

  

• After a document is uploaded or imported, you can add fillable fields to customize it. Place fields where you need it in a document to make it easier for users to fill out.

  

• After you’ve uploaded or created bank account registration, the next stage is assigning this document along with its fields to recipients.

  

• Next, go to the Assign fields dropdown to specify which document fields are meant for which users.

  

• Once done, click Continue at the bottom of the page.

  

• The last stage of configuring an automated bank account registration workflow is adding the no-code bots. To add a Service Fusion bot to the step, hover over the step you need to automate and choose the Add bot to step option.

  

• At this stage, the list of available bots is limited. Select All bots in the top left corner to view the full list of the bots you can add to the step. Find the Service Fusion bot, click Install bot, and configure the bot configurations.

  

• Now that your automated bank account registration workflow is set up, you can:

  • check how it works by choosing Test
  • select Finish later if you plan to return to the workflow setup
  • click Publish to email your workflow
