Use Maintenance Care Bot for Automating bank reference Template

Explore a no-code way to build fully-automated bank reference workflow with Maintenance Care bot

• To start creating a new automated bank reference workflow, check out the dashboard and click Start. Select Design workflow and upload your document or create it from scratch.

  

• Once a document is uploaded or imported, you can insert fillable fields to modify it. Place fields where you need it in a document to make it easier for users to fill in.

  

• After you’ve added or created bank reference, the next step is assigning this document along with its fields to individuals.

  

• Next, navigate to the Assign fields dropdown to indicate which document fields are meant for which recipients.

  

• Once done, click Continue at the bottom of the screen.

  

• The final stage of configuring an automated bank reference workflow is setting up the no-code bots. To add a Maintenance Care bot to the step, hover over the step you want to automate and choose the Add bot to step option.

  

• At this stage, the list of offered bots has limitations. Select All bots in the top left area to find the complete list of the bots you can add to the step. Alocate the Maintenance Care bot, click Install bot, and configure the bot settings.

  

• Now that your automated bank reference workflow is configured, you can:

  • check how it works by choosing Test
  • select Finish later if you plan to return to the workflow setup
  • click Publish to send out your workflow
