Use CPACharge Bot for Automating daycare receipt Template

Explore a no-code approach to build fully-automated daycare receipt workflow with CPACharge bot

• To start creating a new automated daycare receipt workflow, navigate to the dashboard and click Start. Select Design workflow and upload your document or create it from scratch.

  

• Once a document is uploaded or imported, you can insert fillable fields to personalize it. Place fields where you need it in a document to make it easier for users to fill in.

  

• After you’ve uploaded or created daycare receipt, the next stage is assigning this document and its particular fields to recipients.

  

• Next, proceed to the Assign fields dropdown to indicate which document fields are intended for which recipients.

  

• Once done, click Continue at the bottom of the screen.

  

• The last stage of configuring an automated daycare receipt workflow is adding the no-code bots. To add a CPACharge bot to the step, hover over the step you want to automate and select the Add bot to step option.

  

• At this stage, the list of offered bots has limitations. Select All bots in the top left corner to view the complete list of the bots you can add to the step. Alocate the CPACharge bot, click Install bot, and configure the bot settings.

  

• Now that your automated daycare receipt workflow is set up, you can:

  • check how it works by choosing Test
  • select Finish later if you plan to go back to the workflow setup
  • click Publish to email your workflow
