Automate bill of sale Template using Wave Connect Bot

Discover a no-code approach to build fully-automated bill of sale workflow with Wave Connect bot

• To begin building a new automated bill of sale workflow, check out the dashboard and click Start. Select Design workflow and add your document or create it from scratch.

  

• Once a document is uploaded or imported, you can insert fillable fields to modify it. Place fields where you need it in a document to make it easier for individuals to fill out.

  

• After you’ve uploaded or created bill of sale, the next step is assigning this document along with its fields to recipients.

  

• Next, navigate to the Assign fields dropdown to specify which document fields are created for which users.

  

• Once done, click Continue at the bottom of the screen.

  

• The final stage of configuring an automated bill of sale workflow is adding the no-code bots. To add a Wave Connect bot to the step, hover over the step you want to automate and select the Add bot to step option.

  

• At this stage, the list of available bots has limitations. Select All bots in the top left corner to see the full list of the bots you can add to the step. Alocate the Wave Connect bot, click Install bot, and configure the bot configurations.

  

• Now that your automated bill of sale workflow is set up, you can:

  • check how it operates by choosing Test
  • select Finish later if you plan to go back to the workflow setup
  • click Publish to send out your workflow
