Automate car transfer Template using Peggy Pay Bot

Explore a no-code approach to build fully-automated car transfer workflow with Peggy Pay bot

• To start setting up a new automated car transfer workflow, check out the dashboard and click Start. Select Design workflow and add your document or create it from scratch.

  

• Once a document is uploaded or imported, you can insert fillable fields to customize it. Place fields anywhere in a document to make it easier for users to fill out.

  

• After you’ve added or created car transfer, the next step is assigning this document along with its fields to individuals.

  

• Next, proceed to the Assign fields dropdown to indicate which document fields are created for which users.

  

• Once done, click Continue at the bottom of the screen.

  

• The final stage of configuring an automated car transfer workflow is setting up the no-code bots. To add a Peggy Pay bot to the step, hover over the step you want to automate and select the Add bot to step option.

  

• At this stage, the list of available bots is limited. Select All bots in the top left area to check out the complete list of the bots you can add to the step. Find the Peggy Pay bot, click Install bot, and configure the bot configurations.

  

• Now that your automated car transfer workflow is set up, you can:

  • check how it works by selecting Test
  • select Finish later if you plan to return to the workflow setup
  • click Publish to send out your workflow
