Use Setka Bot for Automating price book Template

Discover a no-code way to create fully-automated price book workflow with Setka bot

• To start setting up a new automated price book workflow, navigate to the dashboard and click Start. Choose Design workflow and add your document or create it from scratch.

  

• After a document is uploaded or imported, you can add fillable fields to modify it. Place fields where you need it in a document to make it easier for users to fill in.

  

• After you’ve uploaded or created price book, the next stage is assigning this document along with its fields to recipients.

  

• Next, proceed to the Assign fields dropdown to specify which document fields are created for which users.

  

• Once done, click Continue at the bottom of the screen.

  

• The final stage of configuring an automated price book workflow is adding the no-code bots. To add a Setka bot to the step, hover over the step you intend to automate and select the Add bot to step option.

  

• At this stage, the list of available bots has limitations. Choose All bots in the top left corner to see the full list of the bots you can add to the step. Alocate the Setka bot, click Install bot, and configure the bot settings.

  

• Now that your automated price book workflow is configured, you can:

  • check how it operates by selecting Test
  • select Finish later if you intend to go back to the workflow setup
  • click Publish to email your workflow
