Use Heyflow Bot for Automating research proposal Template

Discover a no-code way to create fully-automated research proposal workflow with Heyflow bot

• To begin creating a new automated research proposal workflow, navigate to the dashboard and click Start. Select Design workflow and upload your document or create it from scratch.

  

• Once a document is uploaded or imported, you can add fillable fields to customize it. Place fields where you need it in a document to make it easier for individuals to fill out.

  

• After you’ve added or created research proposal, the next stage is assigning this document along with its fields to recipients.

  

• Next, navigate to the Assign fields dropdown to specify which document fields are intended for which users.

  

• Once done, click Continue at the bottom of the screen.

  

• The last stage of configuring an automated research proposal workflow is setting up the no-code bots. To add a Heyflow bot to the step, hover over the step you intend to automate and select the Add bot to step option.

  

• At this stage, the list of available bots has limitations. Select All bots in the top left corner to view the complete list of the bots you can add to the step. Find the Heyflow bot, click Install bot, and configure the bot settings.

  

• Now that your automated research proposal workflow is set up, you can:

  • check how it works by selecting Test
  • click Finish later if you intend to go back to the workflow setup
  • click Publish to email your workflow
