Automate teaching plan Template using Freshsales Classic Bot

Explore a no-code way to create fully-automated teaching plan workflow with Freshsales Classic bot

• To begin setting up a new automated teaching plan workflow, navigate to the dashboard and click Start. Select Design workflow and upload your document or create it from scratch.

  

• After a document is uploaded or imported, you can add fillable fields to customize it. Place fields where you need it in a document to make it easier for users to fill in.

  

• After you’ve uploaded or created teaching plan, the next step is assigning this document along with its fields to recipients.

  

• Next, navigate to the Assign fields dropdown to indicate which document fields are intended for which recipients.

  

• Once done, click Continue at the bottom of the screen.

  

• The final stage of configuring an automated teaching plan workflow is setting up the no-code bots. To add a Freshsales Classic bot to the step, hover over the step you intend to automate and select the Add bot to step option.

  

• At this stage, the list of available bots has limitations. Select All bots in the top left corner to see the complete list of the bots you can add to the step. Find the Freshsales Classic bot, click Install bot, and configure the bot configurations.

  

• Now that your automated teaching plan workflow is configured, you can:

  • check how it works by selecting Test
  • choose Finish later if you plan to return to the workflow setup
  • click Publish to email your workflow
