Use Aptivada Bot for Automating assignment planner Template

Discover a no-code approach to develop fully-automated assignment planner workflow with Aptivada bot

• To begin creating a new automated assignment planner workflow, navigate to the dashboard and click Start. Select Design workflow and add your document or create it from scratch.

  

• After a document is uploaded or imported, you can insert fillable fields to personalize it. Place fields anywhere in a document to make it easier for users to fill in.

  

• After you’ve uploaded or created assignment planner, the next step is assigning this document along with its fields to recipients.

  

• Next, proceed to the Assign fields dropdown to indicate which document fields are meant for which recipients.

  

• Once done, click Continue at the bottom of the page.

  

• The final stage of configuring an automated assignment planner workflow is setting up the no-code bots. To add a Aptivada bot to the step, hover over the step you intend to automate and choose the Add bot to step option.

  

• At this stage, the list of available bots is limited. Select All bots in the top left area to view the full list of the bots you can add to the step. Find the Aptivada bot, click Install bot, and configure the bot settings.

  

• Now that your automated assignment planner workflow is configured, you can:

  • check how it works by choosing Test
  • select Finish later if you plan to go back to the workflow setup
  • click Publish to email your workflow
